The EXTRA project was all about an extreme off road utility vehicle that just so happened to be electric. We focused on a lot of functional details like the bed dividers, tie down loops and roof rails, so that any job was possible, while built into a tough, attractive looking package. Half way through the project the idea to lengthen the design and offer a 4 door was introduced. Using as much of the 2 door design as possible, we quickly extended the design.
